The APGIC Mission
Our Mission at the Adult Party Guardian's Inner Circle is to maintain a confidential database of swingers, swinging couples and swinging singles that meet and will maintain high standards of Etiquette.
In addition to the above our HOT swingers have also been interviewed.
We are also establishing a similar database for swinger clubs, swinger parties, services and products as well as the hottest orgy parties etc. These are all rated, those not maintaining certain standards will of course not make the listing.
Overall conduct will determine the inclusion or exclusion of a member in the APGIC database.
It is our aim to have other Adult Sites and Chat Rooms display our icon 
next to the member either belonging to or visiting that site or chat room if that person is a member of the APGIC
Why the need for APGIC
The APGIC will provide you with a useful verification tool for you to build relationships online. Every APGIC swinger has had their submitted data discretely verified so you can be assured that they are who and what they claim to be. Those found not to be will be banned immediately.
Children Under 18 Years
Children under eighteen years of age are not eligible to use our services. We ask that children not submit information to us.
Information we collect
In our online Application form, we ask you to provide us with certain information about yourself so as to build up your profile. The Personally Identifiable information we gather is never displayed and is not stored on our server and therefore can not be accessed or used by the public to identify a specific individual.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the site, we may collect such information into a file which is only accessed by authorized personnel. We may also collect other user’s comments about you in our complaints department.
Our Use of Your Information
We will only use Personally Identifiable information if absolutely necessary to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our User Agreement.
We also send periodic informational updates to our members via email.
We DO NOT sell or rent any Personally Identifiable information about you to any third party. We DO NOT disclose Personally Identifiable information to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes.
In order to maintain a healthy community, APGIC cooperates with all law enforcement inquiries and with all third parties to enforce their intellectual property or other rights.
Your use of Other Users' Information
APGIC and our users do not tolerate spam, harassment, or threats.
Control of Your Password
You may not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If, despite the foregoing, you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your profile information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.
Reviewing and Changing Your Profile Information
Once you register you will be able to review and change most of your Profile Information with the exception of certain fields and your Profile Slide Show. All changes will be logged and available for review by other members. For changes to the non editable fields and your Profile Slide Show you would need the co-operation of the apg. Please promptly request an update of your information if it changes.
Archiving of Data
We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our User Agreement.
Third Party Collections of Information
Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. To the extent that should you disclose your information to other parties on our system or other sites throughout the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the Personal Information you disclose to them. While APGIC is working closely with our partners to ensure the highest privacy to you, we encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.
Security
As "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet we therefore employ independent resources trained in the field of security measures to protect and prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Your Personal Identifiable information is stored on a separate storage device not available via internet access.
Logon and Password Protection
Although the APGIC site is available to non members, your displayed profile information is limited to the following fields; Type of member, Region, Profile Name, Sexuality, Advert and one image. The rest is only displayed in the Members area and protected to the best of our ability by logon with password control.
Guest Access
We do have the facility to allow non member access only to your profile if you have given them your guest password.
Correspondence Between Members
Our Internal Message Service (Post) will allow members to contact each other "live" or hold up to twenty messages for later retrieval if the recipient is offline. We do forward messages via the registered email address or a member must logon to retrieve their Post.
User's Agreement
As the APGIC site is for the Swingers Alternative Lifestyle, the rules and etiquette as set out or amended from time to time by the apg or with the influence of APGIC members are to be abided by. Those not abiding by the above will either be publicly warned or banned by the apg or on behalf of all APGIC members. We at APGIC adopt a Zero Tolerance attitude towards Offenders
